I am a Senior at Wheelock College and have been a Resident Assistant (RA) for the past 3 years. I am of Haitian descent and speak fluent Haitian Creole and French.

Aside from my RA position, I am a Unit Coordinator at Boston Medical Center and affiliated with numerous clubs on campus. My campus peers would describe me as funny, passionate, humble, and responsible.

I am known on campus for always having a big smile on my face and willing to lend a helping hand in any way that I can. During my time at Wheelock, I have overcome many obstacles that have put strains on completing my education here. However, just when I am ready to give up, everything seems to come together and I always pull through. I could not do it alone. I have met and continue to meet so many great people here at Wheelock that have helped me reveal the greatness within that I can provide to the world and promote change!

My favorite aspect about Wheelock is the community’s determination to challenge the “norm” and the passion for change not only in our society but globally as well! I would not have made it this far without the loving support of my family, friends, and all the wise individuals I come across on a daily basis at Wheelock and throughout Boston! Therefore, one thing that I am committed to is helping others see their potential and continue to lead by example not only here at Wheelock, but wherever life will take me in the future. I am actively seeking a career that will allow me to consistently use the skills I have acquired during my time at Wheelock. Nothing is set and stone yet. However, I definitely know I want to work with children and young adults.
